Weather station featuring 4 day forecast will allow you to maximize your time - plan for the beach on a warmer day and an amusement park on a cooler day.
Air Conditioning:
12,000 BTU stand-alone air conditioning unit (although typically not needed) as well as ceiling fans and oscillating fans in every bedroom.
Washer:
Shiny white Whirlpool washing machine conveniently located next to the dryer ....which happens to be in the garage.
Dryer:
Equally as shiny and white as its neighbor, the dryer picks up with your clothes right where the washer left off.
Linens:
All necessary bed lines, bathing towels, pool towels, and kitchen towels are provided.
Garage:
Two car garage has been converted into a game room with a brand new ping pong table, hand-made Anaheim Angels custom shuffleboard table, electronic soft-tip dart board and of course, Dish Network's 250 channel package. Have fun!
Off Street Parking:
The driveway will easily accommodate two full sized cars. |

Kid Friendly:
Located at the end of an elbow shaped cul-de-sac, there is very little traffic. Pool features an automatic safety cover so that the little ones can play without parents having to worry. Grassy yard area in the front and back, not to mention the huge athletic field just over the fence.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters:
Whoever signs and agrees to the rental terms, must be staying in the home for the entire reservation and must be at least 25 years of age.
